Description

If you've heard about the benefits of administration, the education association/union, and other education stakeholders working together in partnership to co-create solutions that benefit students, and want to get started this course is for you. This course can guide you to develop a sustainable system of labor-management collaboration in your district or school.

Objectives

Upon course completion, learners will have the knowledge, tools, and resources to: speak knowledgeably about the benefits of education partnerships; identify partners to work with and jointly discover shared goals; create the teams and committees that support collaborative work; establish collaborative group norms; undertake an initiative; and sustain and spread collaboration in your school system.
