Exploring Connections: The Intersections of Race, Gender, Gender Identity, and Sexual Orientation
This 15-Hour NEA Blended Learning facilitated course is designed for all school personnel. This unique course explores the relationships, commonalities, and intersectionality of race, gender, and sexual orientation. It provides the definitions of key concepts and examines the impact of intersectionality on students. You will conclude the course by developing an action plan to support LGBTQ+ students with multiple marginalized identities.
