I sincerely did not like the video method of going through the self-assessment. Every time I needed to wait for a video to read through everything I had already read myself before I was able to move on frustrated me.
This course was excellent. It positioned leadership development as strategic infrastructure and provided a disciplined framework for aligning competencies with organizational priorities, governance, and measurable impact. The focus on transformational outcomes and capacity-building offers a clear blueprint for strengthening leadership pipelines and sustaining institutional resilience. This experience sharpened my ability to think systemically about how leadership development advances long-term strategic effectiveness across the Association.
