This course was excellent and thoughtfully structured. The competency framework provided both clarity and challenge, allowing for meaningful self-reflection across governance, relational leadership, and strategic development domains. I appreciated how the assessment differentiated between foundational understanding and agenda-driving leadership, which helped illuminate not only strengths but also concrete growth areas.
