I don't want to say that I don't "get" these types of courses but a lot of the questions put me in basically one of two different spots: 1) i know what this is and I give myself a good score and 2) I have no idea what this is asking me. I don't know how I would rate a course like this where I've basically given a few yes or no answers about myself but I accept that the overall point of it may have flown completely over my head.
Learned where I need the most growth
It is a little clunky and lengthy. for each leadership course it is very repetitive.
Each course IS a good opportunity to reflect on what skills need to be developed.
