It is a little clunky and lengthy. for each leadership course it is very repetitive.
Each course IS a good opportunity to reflect on what skills need to be developed.

Learn so much about what I need to know!
Just let us take the assessment or let us fast forward. As someone who has taken this 3 times it very hard to sit through the same recorded message every time!!!
