Self-awareness is one of those competencies, and this course will guide educators through personal self-examination.
Objectives

Look deeply at yourself and build on an awareness of your own personal identity (values, beliefs, cultural norms, implicit biases, etc.) and how that identity can reflect a mindset that suspends judgment and is culturally responsive.
