I wasn't sure if the questions were assessing my knowledge and familiarity about NEA national or my local. Also, on at least one of the slides, I tried to replay the instructions but the button didn't work. And at least two of the slides where we were supposed to click to download forms or flyers, the link didn't work and brought me to an error screen.
